Amber Sharp, Admissions Services Coordinator

Amber Sharp is a nonprofit leader and advocate with extensive experience serving children who have experienced trafficking, exploitation, and trauma. She currently works with New Day for Children overseeing referrals and placements, helping connect vulnerable children with safe, appropriate care.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner.

Amber’s professional work is deeply rooted in her passion for children and families. As an adoptee and former foster parent, she brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work. She and her husband, Jake, are the proud parents of four adopted children. Amber is passionate about creating environments where vulnerable children can experience safety, healing, hope, and the opportunity to thrive.

Outside of her professional work, Amber enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, homeschooling, and creating meaningful family adventures. She firmly believes that sweet tea and chocolate chip cookies are two of God’s personal gifts to her.
