Providing a Pathway to Transformation Through Restorative Care…
Our mission is at the heart of everything we do. With your unwavering support, New Day for Children creates transformative pathways for young trafficking survivors, guiding them toward healing and renewed hope. In a safe and nurturing environment, these children receive comprehensive care to reclaim their dignity, self-worth, and sense of purpose.
Reflecting on 2024, I see a year of remarkable growth across nearly every facet of New Day’s work. We were honored to place 40% more children in restorative care programs, expanding our reach and deepening our impact. This growth includes welcoming a new partner care home in Tennessee and strengthening our Texas territory through a partnership with Emerging Grace. Our teachers, tutors, and students continue to make impressive strides in the classroom, building confidence and advancing their skills.
In September, New Day’s Night of Hope fundraiser surpassed all expectations, achieving unprecedented success, and thanks to your incredible generosity, our end-of-year appeal broke records. These vital funds allowed us to say, “Yes” to more children and invest more deeply in parent support! Together, we are transforming lives and shaping a world where every young person can flourish and fulfill their unique potential. Please know that you are an essential part of each and every healing story and a vital partner in this life-changing journey.
Thank you for believing in New Day’s mission and for investing in the lives of these extraordinary children. Your support makes all the difference.

Behind The Numbers
A key component of a child’s healing includes trauma-informed therapy. It is an essential, life-changing tool that empowers survivors to heal, move forward and reclaim their lives. Thanks to you, every child receives compassionate support from highly trained care staff and therapists who provide specialized trauma therapy tailored to their unique needs.
The healing process does not end when a child completes their time in a care program, and neither does our support - New Day continues to provide therapy and life-coaching for our graduates! As the children transition back home, we offer family therapy and counseling to support reunification.
Caring for survivors is emotionally demanding, and the dedicated staff often carry the weight of the girls' trauma. NDC provides therapy to help caregivers process secondary trauma and maintain their well-being.
