Phil was born in Ohio and came to the Bay Area as a child. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, he spent over 45 years in the restaurant business in executive positions. Driven by a deep passion to support children recovered from sex trafficking, he leverages his business degree and market experience to ensure the organization has the financial strength to provide comprehensive care throughout each child’s healing journey. Phil joined the New Day for Children’s Board of Directors in 2018, and became the COO and Chairman of the Board in 2022.
